Roshinee Pandiarajan is a highly motivated and results-driven professional with over 4 years of experience in growth and business operations. Currently, she is the Europe Regional Head and Growth Lead at Airmeet, where she is responsible for identifying growth levers, experimenting, iterating, and optimizing for growth and revenue. She is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability in the Europe and Latin America Region. Prior to joining Airmeet, Roshinee worked as a Community Engagement- International Business at Airmeet and as a Program Manager - OTA Operations at OYO. During her tenure at OYO, Roshinee played a vital role in devising KPIs, targets, and dashboards for all employees of various lines of functions of OTA, monitored and published regularly. She also collaborated with Data analysts to create automated reports of Masking Factors of all OTA channels to reduce escalations and revenue loss. Roshinee's technical program management skills were put to use during the integration of GDS (Sabre) with OYO, where she conducted End to End testing of ARIs & Reservation delivery messages, resolved issues from multiple stakeholders of Synxis and OYO to ensure smooth transition and met the targeted Go Live date. Roshinee holds an Engineer’s Degree in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. She is proficient in test and integration. Roshinee is an excellent communicator and an effective team player who believes in collaboration to achieve business objectives. She has been recognized as a winner for process improvement in Global OTA Ops.
